Red Velvet Cake(Recipe)

Ingredient:

12tbsp Butter
2 large egg
1tsp vanilla
1tsp salt
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
2oz red coloring
2tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup buttermilk
1tbsp vinegar
1tsp baking soda

Frosting:
8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
2 cup sifted icing sugar
1tsp vanilla extract

Method:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat 1 min longer. Beat in vanilla until blended. Combine cocoa, food coloring, beat into the egg mixture. Combine flour and salt. Alternate adding flour and buttermilk mixtures to the batter, beating on low medium speed. Combine soda and vinegar in cup and fold into the batter. Spoon batter evenly into two cake pans, bake for 30 min at 175 degrees.

Frosting:
In medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and butter until creamy. Mix in vanilla then gradually stir in sugar. Store in refrigerator.
